I'M AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER: HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER TO THE UK?

We really hope you love your new purchases, but if you are unhappy for any reason we are happy to offer a refund. All we ask is that you contact us at customerservice@saintbustier.com to let us know as soon as you can, and that the items are returned within 28 days of receiving them. Please note that returned items must be in unworn and perfect condition with all the labels intact. Please read the Returns Policy for more detail.

  • To return an item, please contact customerservice@saintbustier.com to notify our team of the return.
  • Kindly sign and date your invoice, include it with your return item and affix the returns label to your parcel.
  • Please note that Saint Bustier does not cover return postage outside of the UK.
  • All returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The statement "Customer Return UK RETURNED GOODS RELIEF" must be stated on the outside of the parcel to avoid the package being held by the customs and for you to be responsible for any customs duties levied.
  • If you have lost the original label, simply send the package to Saint Bustier, 26 Sketty Park Drive, Swansea, SA2 8LN, Wales, United Kingdom, and add the statement "Customer Return UK RETURNED GOODS RELIEF" on the outside of the package.
