I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. IS THERE A PROBLEM?

Firstly check that your online returns request has been filed correctly. Incorrect filing might cause substantial delays in the processing of your return. You need to ensure that you have selected the correct option next to all the items you have returned (Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit). If the option selected is left as KEEP, we will not be able to process your request and your refund or exchange will be delayed. To check your online returns request has been filed correctly:

  • Go to My Orders section in your Saint Bustier Account
  • Select the relevant order from the order list and click on return products at the top of the page
  • Check that it hasn’t been marked as KEEP against the items returned.
  • If returned items have been marked as KEEP, change it to the correct option and notify is as soon as possible by emailing Customer Service

 

If your RMA has been filed correctly please allow approximately 10-14 working days from the date of us receiving your goods for the refund to be confirmed on your credit card. If you are still concerned about your return then please contact Customer Service and we can assist with your enquiry further.
