UK STANDARD EXPRESS DELIVERY

  • Our Express Standard delivery charge is £4.95.

  • The parcels arrive within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays) after your order is placed.

  • All Saint Bustier orders are trackable so you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, simply click on your tracking link to view the up to date tracking.

  • All orders are trackable so you can follow your order via the link on confirmation email sent by our warehouse when your parcel was sent out or by logging into the Royal Mail website by clicking here.

  • Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.

  • Receipt signature is required on all Saint Bustier deliveries. In case a signature cannot be obtained, a notification will be left with the appropriate instructions on where to collect your order or how to rearrange delivery.

  • Deliveries are not made on UK Bank Holidays or Sundays.


UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

  • Our Next Day Delivery Charge is £12.

  • Please note that the orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, in order to be delivered the next day.

  • Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday, unless Monday is a Bank Holiday. In that case, your order will arrive later so please be advised that Next Day Delivery is best used when placed Mon-Friday.

  • If your order is very urgent, please contact us via email at customerservice@saintbustier.com to check if we can help you make special delivery arrangements.

  • Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so your order will be delivered 2 working days later.

  • Your order may be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.

  • Once your order is with the carrier, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Please check this first before contacting us about your delivery.

  • The carrier delivering your order will also contact you with tracking and delivery updates, so that you can reschedule your delivery if you need to do so.

  • Receipt signature is required on all Saint Bustier deliveries. In case a signature cannot be obtained, a notification will be left with the appropriate instructions on where to collect your order or how to rearrange delivery.

  • Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3,  PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3.


 FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

  • Please see below for our standard delivery charges, depending on your area:

    • Europe (Excluding UK) £15

    • Rest of the World £23

  • You will receive a despatch confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

  • Shipping costs are added automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt.

  • Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any customs and duties payable in the country of destination are individual responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

  • Once an order arrives in the  destination country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES


Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Saint Bustier has no control over these charges or knowledge of their level, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend that International customers living outside of the European Union contact their local customs office for current charges before placing an order.

 

CUSTOMS: IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR NON EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS 


When returning any goods originally purchased from a non European Union country it is important that you DO NOT ship the goods back as commercial merchandise. 

When sending return goods, please ensure that you:

  1. Use the Saint Bustier Returns Label provided with your order & with “Customer Return UK Returned Goods Relief” on it.
  2. Mark RETURNED GOODS on any customs declaration forms or any shipping documents accompanying your package to avoid the goods being treated as import merchandise by the UK customs office. 

IMPORTANT:  If failure to follow the above outlined procedure results in import charges being applied, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with Saint Bustier having to the retrieve the parcel.

Without exception, charges incurred will automatically be deducted from any refund amount owing.

 


 

RETURNS POLICY


At St. B we are all about clothing that fits and flatters larger cup sizes. We put a lot of effort into testing our garments for that busty fit so you can buy online with confidence. However, we do understand that we are all different so the only real test is to try clothes on. That is why we make returns easy.

UK CUSTOMERS


  • You can return or exchange any item for the price you paid, provided that all conditions outlined below are satisfied and that the Returns Procedures deadines are followed. Please see below RETURN PROCEDURES for detailed information.

  • For reasons of hygiene, we are very strict in regards to the refunds and exchanges of intimate apparel such as lingerie, shapewear, swimwear etc. Please try on briefs and swimwear only over your own underwear  and do not remove any tags or internal adhesives on the garments. If the gusset sticker is removed we will not be able to process your refund.  Goods must be returned unworn with all labels and stickers attached and in the original packaging.

  • All returned goods, whether for refund or exchange, must have the original Saint Bustier tags still attached in order to enable us to process the refunds. Every item has the Saint Bustier "Non-Removal" tags. All of these tags must remain attached. The items must be in the original new, unused condition and include any original packaging.Please note that we will not issue a refund for or exchange for any item if any of the tags have been removed.

  • Until delivered to Saint Bustier, the goods are responsibility or our customers and we cannot be responsible for any damage during the transit to us. Please make sure you pack the goods carefully and securely so they arrive in an un-damaged condition.

  • Please note that, if you returned an item to us by mistake, we will charge you a fee of £3. If you would like us to send the item back to you, a normal shipping fee will be applied.

  • Returns are free for UK customers.

  • We will not issue a refund for the postage charges incurred by our customers when the order was placed. If you decide to use an alternative return method instead of using the Saint Bustier pre-paid free return, you will be responsible for the postage charges.

  • The process is easy. Each package comes with an invoice which includes a Returns Table which needs to be completed, and a return postage label. Simply fill out the the Returns Table on the invoice then put the invoice inside the package, attach the return postage stick-on label to the outside of the package and drop the package off at any post office.

  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please also note that there is no automatic insurance on the return packages. In the unlikely event that the package gets lost before reaching us, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. You might, therefore, chose to purchase separate insurance from the post office when you drop off your return package.

RETURN PROCEDURES


UK CUSTOMERS

Please note that in order to obtain a full refund or exchange, you need to adhere to the following procedures and deadlines:

You must request a Returns Authorisation Code to cancel your order for refund or exchange (RAC - see below) no later than 10 days after the delivery of your order. This will ensure that your returned goods arrive in our warehouse within 14 days from the date of the original delivery. The goods must arrive back in Saint Bustier within 14 days from the time they were delivered to you. In case you have problems obtaining your RAC, please email customerservice@saintbustier.com for assistance, as your rights to obtain approval for your return might be affected. 


  • The process is easy. Each package comes with an invoice and a return postage label. On the bottom of front page of the invoice or on the reverse side of the invoice, you will find return instructions and a Returns Table which needs to be filled in. 

  • Please go into your Saint Bustier Account section and follow the instructions to obtain the Return Authorisation Code (RAC) for your return. Please contact us immediately if you are having problems obtaining your RAC.

  • Simply fill out the Returns Table, put the invoice with the completed Returns Table inside the package, attach the return postage stick-on label on the outside of the package and drop the package off at any post office. IMPORTANT: Please allow at least 4 working days for the package to arrive at our warehouse if you use our pre-paid returns label. In case your cancellation / RAC is filed after 10 days from the date of receiving your original order, your package might not reach our warehouse within 14 days allowed and your return will not be accepted. In such case, we recommend that you use alternative speedy postage method to ensure that the deadline is met and that the goods arrive in our warehouse within time allowed.

  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please also note that there is no automatic insurance on the return packages. In the unlikely event that the package gets lost before reaching us, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. You might, therefore, choose to purchase separate insurance from the post office when you drop off your return package.

  • Depending on time and season or your location, it can take up to 10 days for returns to be delivered back to our warehouse.

  • Upon receiving the returned goods, Saint Bustier’s professional staff checks all items to make sure they are in an undamaged, unworn condition with all the tags still attached. A refund or exchange is then processed. In the event we are out of stock of the item you would like to exchange for, we will notify you immediately and issue a refund instead. 

  • A refund will be issued within 7-10 working days of receiving the items back. 

  • We will not issue refunds or exchanges for items returned in an unsuitable condition. Such items will be sent back to you.

  • We will notify you when your returned goods were processed for a refund.

  • Refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to place the original order. This can take between up to 10 days to show on your account, dependent on your bank or card issuer.

  • In case of exchanges, if for any reason your replacement is unavailable, Saint Bustier will issue a refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that in order to obtain a full refund or exchange, you need to adere to the following procedures and deadlines:

  • For deliveries within the European Union area (Excluding UK):  21 days from the time your goods were delivered to you

  • All we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to and your details. We can’t refund you without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel.

  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please also note that there is no automatic insurance on the return packages. In the unlikely event that the package gets lost before reaching us, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
