HELP WITH MY ACCOUNT 

HOW DO I SET UP A SAINT BUSTIER ACCOUNT?

You are automatically set up with a Saint Bustier account when you place your first order. However, if you wish to set up an account without making a purchase, you can do so by clicking on Login/Register.

 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have forgotten your password, go to login and click on ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?’ You will be asked to enter the email address for your Saint Bustier account so that a link can be sent for you to reset your password. Then simply check for an email from Saint Bustier. This email will have the necessary link for you to reset the password for your account. If you have not received any confirmation emails, it is most likely that you made a mistake typing your email whilst setting up an account. All our communication is directed to the initially entered email address. Contact Customer Service and they can check how your account has been set up and correct this for you.

WHY CAN'T I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?

The most common reason for any problems when logging into your account is a spelling error in your email address when initially setting up an account. If you have not received any order confirmation emails from us, your account email most likely has an error. Contact Customer Service and they can check how your account has been set up and correct this for you. 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY CHANGE OF PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
